Hey! The reason option E is wrong is because the paragraph says, “If only people worked towards having honest conversations with difficult people, staff turnover might decrease.” In this sentence the assumption is that people CAN be trained to have honest conversations but option E says that they cannot. I agree Romie! Also it’s because the argument is based on the fact that people cite that the boss is the reason when actually it is about their unmet expectations so the unwritten link is that people are lying about their reason and the “difficult boss”.
